Weekly Report...Week 4

Alright. It was bound to come to an end sooner or later. We didn't get much done as far as seat work goes. The boys and I have had this weird stomach thing going on. It's very painful, but that's about it. We don't know what it is, but Magnus seems to finally be okay, mine is lessening, but poor Thane seems to be in the thick of it. Took Magnus to the Dr. and he said he is probably suffering from a stomach migraine. What?! Yep, there is such a thing. I went to the Dr. and apparently mine has something to do with extra acid...whatever! So, to my friends who I have spent time with this week, I confirmed with the Doc that whatever we have is not contagious and probably not even related. So, you are safe!

As far as reporting school work, not going to do that this week. But what I am going to do is show you pictures from a filed trip we went on with some friends today. We went to the California State Train Museum in Sacramento. This place is beyond cool! It has many different engines and cars on display and some that you can go in. We had a great time exploring...

Thane, W, and Magnus

Inside the Sleeper Car

The Kitchen

The boys in the Dining Car

We also viewed a very interesting short film about how trains have forever changed the face of consumerism. It was very interesting. It was also a very monumental event as this was the first time Magnus, Thane, and W had ever set foot in a theater and watched a movie! Magnus told me that was his favorite part.

The only disappointing thing was that they only do train rides on the weekends, so we didn't get to do that today. Oh well, just gives us an excuse to go back. Seriously...this museum is awesome!
